Additionally, we do not engage in cryptocurrency investments.

Our Strategy
Quality
We define quality by a company's ability to achieve and sustain high margins and above-average returns on capital, with particular emphasis on operational and free cash flow margins. Key metrics include Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) and Return on Capital Employed (ROCE). We assess the trends in these metrics and evaluate the company’s potential to maintain strong performance into the future.
Growth
Growth is an essential indicator embedded in our quality assessment. We target companies capable of scaling efficiently, ideally with low capital expenditure requirements and without foreseeable economic obstacles.
Team
Our decision-making process places substantial weight on management quality. We prefer companies led by highly engaged executives with significant insider ownership, who demonstrate strong commitment to the company’s development. We thoroughly evaluate management’s past decisions, seeking leaders with integrity and a clear vision.
Valuation
While identifying high-quality companies with capable management is challenging, finding such companies at attractive valuations is even more demanding. We base our valuation on cash flow projections, financial resilience, and sales growth assumptions, consciously avoiding speculative valuations.
